The Employment Paralegal will support multiple Partners and Solicitors, assisting on a broad range of employment matters for corporate clients, senior executives, and international organisations. The Role As an Employment Paralegal, you will work closely with Partners and Solicitors, gaining hands-on exposure to employment matters from instruction through to resolution. The role will include: Supporting on contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims and settlement negotiations. Assisting with non-contentious advisory work such as contracts of employment, policies, handbooks, and dismissal advice.
