Develop, implement, and maintain practical HandS policies and procedures in line with UK legislation. Ensure compliance with key requirements including HSE guidance, COSHH, PUWER, manual handling, and safe systems of work. Carry out and review risk assessments, method statements, and site safety documentation. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions. Keep accurate HandS records and ensure documentation is organised, up to date, and audit-ready. Deliver engaging health and safety inductions, refresher training, and toolbox talks.
