Role-Overview

• Resolve-escalated-2nd-line-issues-across-desktop,-cloud,-networking,-and-infrastructure.
• Support-Microsoft-365,-Azure,-Entra-ID,-Intune,-and-Windows-Server-environments.
• Troubleshoot-complex-technical-issues-and-manage-incidents-through-to-resolution.
• Collaborate-with-3rd-line-teams-on-escalations-and-technical-projects.
• Mentor-junior-engineers-and-deliver-excellent-customer-service.

Requirements

• Strong-2nd-line-support-experience-within-an-MSP.
• Solid-knowledge-of-Microsoft-365,-Azure,-Active-Directory,-and-Windows-environments.
• Good-networking-knowledge,-including-DNS,-DHCP,-VPNs,-and-firewalls.
• Experience-with-ITSM-tools,-remote-support,-and-SLA-driven-environments.
• Strong-troubleshooting,-communication,-and-client-facing-skills.
• Experience-supporting-professional-services-clients-is-advantageous.
