Business Support Lead (Living Options) Job summary The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Ref 26-222-BSL-CS-WEB Role Business Support Lead (Living Options) Location 1 Ravenhill Reach, Belfast BT6 8RB Agile Working Policy in place. Salary Starting on £36,474 per annum (Pro-rata) Hours 37 hours per week (a minimum of 30 hours will be considered). Working pattern will be agreed on appointment The successful candidate will benefit from flexitime The Service: Our Living Options service offers a range of accommodation and support services tailored to adults with disabilities. Our accommodation services include Supported Living, Residential Care, Respite and Day Care Services. There is also a Floating and Housing Support service which assist people in their own homes or communities. Purpose of the job: To provide high-quality business support to the Director by leading the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of information management systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant internal and external reporting. The role will oversee scorecard monitoring, coordinate strategic reporting, and support the introduction and optimisation of new systems, in line with Cedar''s ISO 9001 quality standard framework. The post holder will also guide and support administrative colleagues in the Directorate to ensure consistency of approach as well as optimising digital systems.
