Business Support Officer

£30-£32k per annum DOE, plus benefits

Wakefield/Hybrid (1 day per week)

Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent

Concept Recruitment are working with our Wakefield city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Support Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is offering:

· 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, office based with 1 day WFH

· 25 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory holidays

· 1 paid volunteering day per year

· 3% contributory pension scheme

· Contribution to car parking costs (Monday to Friday, city centre)

· 5% discretionary bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focussed specialist commercial consultancy providing effective, high quality administration, organisational and operational support to the business.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

· Administrative and operational support

· Customer, client and stakeholder liaison

· Social media management

· Project and service delivery

· Business systems and process management

You will need:

· Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing                         priorities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR

· Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile

· Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· A flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
