This exciting opportunity offers a supportive working environment and the chance to contribute to key financial operations, including payroll.Key Responsibilities: Transaction Processing and Reconciliation: Handle credit card transactions, ensuring accurate processing, approval, and reconciliation. Prepayments and Costs: Track and manage prepayments, and reconcile costs associated with business operations, including event-related expenses. Payment Processing and Bank Reconciliations: Process payments as needed and conduct monthly bank reconciliations to maintain cash flow accuracy. Month-End Journals and Reporting: Prepare month-end journals for event-related costs, ensuring all financial records are precise and up-to-date. Payroll Processing: Assist with the preparation and processing of the company payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. This includes maintaining employee records, calculating overtime, and ensuring compliance with tax and National Insurance requirements.Key Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (Accounts Assistant, Accounts Receivable, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in using accounting systems (SA
