Finance Assistant - The RoleThe Finance Assistant would primarily be supporting with all SAP-related postings and entries. In addition, they would assist with: Daily banking processingProcessing staff expenses and staff ordersSAP Concur credit card transactionsMaintaining Klarna settlements spreadsheetAssisting with preparation of payruns when neededImporting monthly recurring invoices (both AP and AR)Supporting with accruals and prepayments journalsResponding to both internal and external queries via phone and email in a timely mannerHandling the daily post for the Finance team (when in the office)Assisting with ad hoc projects as they ariseIt is crucial that the Assistant has solid experience with SAP HANA2021 and SAP Concur.
