Supporting the General Counsel and wider legal function, this is a fantastic opportunity for an established EA who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and being a trusted presence within a busy, professional environment.Your new role As Executive Assistant, you''ll provide high-level support to the General Counsel and play an important role in the smooth running of the wider legal function. The responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive support to the General Counsel, including complex diary management, inbox support and travel coordination.Taking ownership of internal and external meeting coordination, effectively managing competing priorities and schedules.Supporting the preparation and coordination of Board packs and other senior-level documentation.Building strong working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.Coordinating and supporting internal and external events.Acting as a trusted point of contact for the General Counsel, using your judgement to manage priorities and anticipate requirements.Providing wider support across the legal function and getting ..... full job details .....
