We''re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a progressive, growing business based in Medway on an initial 3 month FTC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Managing the Accounts Payable function.
Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships.
Supporting payment runs and general finance administration.

What we''re looking for:
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Payable role.
Strong invoice processing skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Confident using finance systems and Excel.
