Technical Sales Engineer - North UKLocation: Home-based, covering North England, North Wales and Scotland Salary: £55,000 basic + bonus + benefits Contract: Permanent, full-timeWe are recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for a well-established, high-reliability electronics distributor/manufacturer to manage and grow the North UK territory.This is a field-based, consultative sales role supporting customers with electronic component selection and design-in, while delivering against revenue, pipeline and activity KPIs across aerospace, defence, rail and industrial sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop existing customer accounts across the North UKIdentify, qualify and convert new business opportunitiesSupport engineers with design-in, component selection and qualificationConduct customer meetings, site visits and technical reviewsWork to defined sales targets, pipeline and activity KPIsCollaborate with internal sales, product management and suppliersMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and activity reportingCandidate RequirementsProven experience in Technical Sales / Field Sales / Applications EngineeringStrong understanding of electronic components (semiconductors, passives, interconnects, power, electromechanical)Background within electronics distribution or manufacturingExperience selling into hi-rel or regulated industriesCommercially aware and comfortable working to targets and KPIsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionallyPackage£55,000 basi
