You''ll be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy, identifying new markets and opportunities, and building relationships with key commercial clients to secure significant new contracts.Working closely with the Managing Director, Operations, Estimating and Marketing teams, you''ll play a key role in driving the company''s growth, increasing its market presence and developing long-term client relationships.The Role: Developing and delivering the company''s business development and sales strategy, identifying opportunities for growth across new and existing markets. Building and developing relationships with key clients, including property management companies, FM firms, housing associations and commercial estate managers. Leading new business development activity, securing opportunities through direct engagement, networking, tenders and approved supplier frameworks. Overseeing the sales pipeline and tender process, working closely with Estimating and Operations to develop competitive proposals and secure profitable contracts.
