Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your roomCreate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for childrenFoster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaborationOversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parentsTake on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of childrenEnsure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environmentIdeal Candidate
