A highly respected nursery in Horsforth is looking for a Deputy Room Leader to join their baby room team. You\''ll help create a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for babies, supporting daily routines and activities and working closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery staff. This is a full-time role, offering 40 hours across just 4 days per week for a better work-life balance.Responsibilities

Support daily routines, learning, and play for babies.Collaborate with the Room Leader and wider nursery staff to maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating environment.Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualificationExperience working with babies (nursery/early years setting)Strong teamwork and communication skillsEnhanced DBS check (on the update service or willing to obtain)Salary and Hours

£13.31 per hourFull-time hours (40 per week, over 4 days)
