Job Title: Warehouse OperativeSalary: 30,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: East Ham, London Job OverviewA well-established and growing building materials supplier based in East Ham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join its expanding team.This is a predominantly warehouse-based role, involving picking and preparing orders, handling stock, loading vehicles and maintaining an organised working environment. You will also provide driving cover for customer deliveries across London when required, so previous delivery driving experience would be advantageous. Job RequirementsPrevious warehouse experience within a similar business.Experience working for a builders'' merchant, construction materials supplier or similar employer is essential.Forklift operating experience.Full UK driving licence, with previous delivery driving experience preferred.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage workloads.Flexible approach to working hours and duties.Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of East Ham.
