Warehouse Operative - Goods In / Goods Out
 
Park Royal, London | Permanent | £13.50 per hour | 45 hours per week
 
Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 4:30pm (1-hour unpaid break)
 
One Saturday per month on a rota, with the following Monday off
 
Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of an established business based in Park Royal, London, looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
 
You''ll be involved in all aspects of goods in and goods out, from receiving deliveries and managing stock to picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
 
What you''ll be doing

• Receiving incoming deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely using appropriate warehouse equipment.
• Organising and storing stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking, packing and labelling customer orders ready for dispatch.
• Preparing dispatch paperwork and ensuring orders are accurate.
• Loading outgoing deliveries and ensuring goods are secured safely.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and updating warehouse inventory systems.
• Supporting stock rotation and ensuring stock levels are managed effectively.
• Working closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What we''re looking for

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally 1-2 years.
• Experience working across goods in and goods out.
• Good attention to detail and confidence checking stock and paperwork.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or stock control software would be advantageous.
• Forklift or pump truck experience/certification would be beneficial.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
• A reliable, organised team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, with a day off the following Monday.
