Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team, ensuring person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

Recruit and develop support workers, conduct supervisions, and work closely with families and professionals.

Coordinate and oversee delivery of care within the supported living service.

Qualifications

Experience as a

Care Team Leader

or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, or a

Care Assistant

ready to grow – Lifeways will support your journey with training, development and real career progression.

Experience with complex care and non-verbal behaviours is essential.

A

full UK Driving Licence

is essential as you may drive company vehicles.
