Finance Manager - 12+ Month Fixed Term Contract - Wallingford Finance ManagerLocation: Wallingford (2 Days per week onsite)Salary: £55,000FTC Length: Upto 18 MonthsResponsibilities:Conduct monthly PandL reviews with department heads, ensuring adjustments are processed and reconciliations are updated.Manage Corporate Head Office accounts, disclosures, and transactional work while enhancing processes and controls.Oversee UK and European banking matters, including credit card controls and foreign exchange cost optimisation.Support audits and statutory financial reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and improvements identified.Coordinate finance teams and auditors, leading efforts on capital contributions, acquisitions, and year-end dividend processes.Ensure payroll processing, confidential payments, and financial transactions are handled effectively.Lead finance-related projects, including policy implementation, and internal assessments.Requirements:Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or working towards qualification, would also consider QBE options.Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis capabilities.Proficient in Excel and other financial systemsHighly organised, solution-focused, and adept at managing multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in stakeholder presentations.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to lead and guide teams effectively.Strong resilience under pressure, with a keen interest in system and
