As HR Assistant you will provide efficient and accurate confidential administrative support across the lifecycle of the employee. You will ensure processes are organised, compliant and communicated and delivered in a professional and supportive manner to employees and managers. Ideally the successful canddiate will be starting out on their HR journey and be at least CIPD level 3 qualified or be keen to start the CIPD process. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to manage and multi-task a variety of duties efficiently whilst being adept with Microsoft Office applications.
