Building on this strong foundation, this new role will develop tailored, inclusive support for men affected by meningitis.Shaped by men s lived experience, this new role will create new ways for men to connect, remove barriers to support, and embed best practice in engagement with men across the charity.The role will:Co-design and lead evidence-informed support with men who have lived experience of meningitis, creating meaningful opportunities for connection through peer support, events, online groups and tailored resourcesProvide compassionate one-to-one emotional and practical support, manage an active caseload and develop support plans that reflect each individual s needsHelp men access Meningitis Now s wider services and trusted specialist organisations, and advocate for greater understanding of the lasting effects of meningitis in settings such as education and employmentBuild relationships with men s groups, ..... full job details .....
