Quantity Surveyors (all levels)

to join our growing team based in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities:Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentsManaging project costs from inception through to final accountConducting site visits and valuationsNegotiating with contractors and suppliers to secure best valueMonitoring project progress, financial performance, and risk managementEnsuring compliance with contract terms and industry standardsAbout You:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experienceProven track record working on construction projects in the UKStrong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contractsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProficient in relevant software (MS Excel, CostX, or similar)What We Offer:Competitive salary, dependent on experiencePension scheme and benefits packageOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentSupportive, collaborative team environmentLocation:
