are seeking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Buckingham.The role of a Managing Quantity includes the following responsibilities:Required to be an experienced QS, knowledgeable, adaptable and able to provide the full range of QS services.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Financial delivery – meet and ideally exceed the targets set by the businessClient management – with the support of the directors assume responsibility for the management, liaison and servicing of clientsCompliance/Ethics - ensure that Cumming Group company standards are adhered to on all works undertakenOperational delivery – ensure the successful delivery of contracts you and your responsible staff are dealing with, in a timely manner and to the highest standardsRepresentation – be a visible public face of the business as appropriateBusiness development – Deliver organic growth with existing clients.
