About the Quality Assurance Technologist job The purpose of your role will be to meet BRC and customer requirements by maintaining high standards of product safety, quality, legality, traceability, hygiene, and housekeeping. Key tasks Maintain Standards by monitoring hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, quality, legality, allergen control, and traceability. Carry out internal audits (e.g., glass, blades, hygiene, GMP) and report any non-conformances or issues. Handle product or supplier issues, assist with customer complaints, and support quality and technical activities. Organise product testing, taste panels, and lab work, and work closely with other departments to ensure products meet specifications. About You The successful candidate should be a good communicator and be well organised. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry. However, we also welcome applications from recent graduates or enthusiastic college leavers with A-levels in a science subject. Experience in laboratory work or in quality control/assurance will also be highly regard
