They provide regular supervision and coaching to carers, helping them develop their skills and address challenges effectively. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards, completing assessments and reports, and working collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to promote each child''s well-being. Ultimately, the team serves as both an advocate and a vital link between carers, the agency, and wider support networks. About youA degree within Social Work (Degree/DipDW/CQSW) with post-qualifying experience in Children''s Social Work.
