Tig/Mig Welder Coventry, Warwickshire 16 - 18 an hour Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 15:30 We are recruiting for an experienced Welder to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with MIG/TIG experience who can work from technical drawings and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.The RoleCarry out MIG/TIG welding to a high standard in line with technical specifications.Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings of varying complexity.Complete self-inspections to ensure work meets required quality standards before final inspection.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and quality requirements.Work independently when required while contributing effectively to the wider team.RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' welding experience.Practical MIG and/or TIG welding experience.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Relevant welding qualifications.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.Good communication skills and a proactive approach to health and safety.Desirable ExperienceCoded welding experience.Welding qualifications to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and/or 9606-2.NVQ in Welding and Fabrication.MIG/MAG welding experience.Knowledge of 5S and lean working practices.Interested?Apply today with your CV to find out more about this opportunity. ..... full job details .....
