Overview

Exciting Property Investment Firm in the West End requires a PA to support two Heads of Department and their teams.Key duties will include Senior PA support as well as administrative support to their senior Directors and teams. Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, minute taking and organising and attending departmental meetings. You will also arrange international travel arrangements including visas and complex global travel itineraries. As a team player you will liaise with EAs in other parts of the business working in the wider Division. Supporting also the Head of Operations you will assist in improving internal processes to drive efficiencies and client services.Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Senior PA experience within professional services. Key skills required will include persuading and influencing, planning and organising and assisting with Salesforce and CRM databases. You will have good business acumen with a professional working attitude. You will be pro-active with excellent teamwork skills and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
