Do you want to work somewhere where your ideas matter and your values align with the mission?If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you!Hooray are delighted to be partnering with a long standing client in the education sector to manage the recruitment for a HR Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.Benefits: 37 days annual leave + Christmas closure and Bank Holidays Local Government Pension Scheme Benefits platform Discounted gym membership Family friendly policies Hybrid working model (3:2) Employee Assistance Programme and More As a HR Manager, you will: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver an exceptional people service Building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders to embed great people practices Overseeing employee relations, including complex casework and hearings Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment standards (KCSIE) Driving improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce engagement Developing people policies, toolkits, and training to support leadership capability Using data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and planning To be successful as a HR Manager, you will: Hold a CIPD Level 5 as a minimum (Level 7 would be advantageous) Have strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding practices A track record in delivering service
