IT Support Analyst
Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology. Option of working from Spalding, Huntingdon, Birmingham or Nottingham office locations Key Responsibilities:Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues.Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage).Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects.Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments.Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.Desirable:Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies.ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.Personal Attributes:Approachable, patient, and service-oriented.Detail-focused, collaborative, and adaptable.Working Arrangements:Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs.Oc
