Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Turkish-speaking SGO Assessor to support a busy team in Hertfordshire. This role is specifically assessment-based, with payment set at 2600 per completed assessment. Duties and Responsibilities: Completing full Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments in line with statutory guidance. Undertaking comprehensive evidence-based assessments of prospective carers. Carrying out home visits, interviews, background checks, and viability assessments where required. Preparing high-quality analytical reports for panels and court proceedings. Engaging with families using culturally competent and trauma-informed practice. Liaising with key professionals, including social workers, legal teams, schools, health, and other agencies. Ensuring all assessments meet deadlines and comply with relevant legislation and local procedures. Essential Requirements: Turkish-speaking (fluent). Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent. Social Work England registration. Previous experience completing SGO, fostering, Form F, or connected persons assessments. Strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant statutory frameworks.
