This is a specialist role managing and overseeing the allegations management process in line with local and national safeguarding procedures.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee individual cases involving allegations against individuals working in the children''s workforce.Chair LADO meetings, agree decisions and actions, and ensure accurate recording and timely distribution of notes.Work with employers to ensure appropriate referrals to the Disclosure and Barring Service and regulatory bodies.Maintain robust recording systems to provide clear audit trails for decision-making.Implement performance management systems and share learning to improve safeguarding practice.Establish links with other LADOs regionally and nationally to share best practice.What We''re Looking For:Social Work qualification preferred, but candidates with extensive LADO experience will be considered.Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Must be a car driver.Why Join Us?Competitive pay rate.Flexible hybrid working model.Opportunity to play a key role in safegua
