Job Title: Project Administrator and Coordinator12-18 month contract plusbased in Derbyworking days Monday to Friday 37 hours per week early finish on a Fridayto start asap 18.19hr paye = 35,000 - includes 33 days paid holson site Purpose of the Job:To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the ProjectDirector and wider project team, ensuring the smooth operation of project activities,communications, and stakeholder engagement across the programme.Reporting to: Project DirectorKey Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Support project milestones and deliverables tracking and on time submissions for timely paymentsMaintain project governance, registers, and logs (e.g. risk, issues, actions, decisions) and KPIs.Setup and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, andfollow-up actions.Administrative Support:Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the Project Director.Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Support communications and updates across internal and external stakeholders.Assist in organising workshops, site visits, and stakeholder events (including hospitality).Compliance and Governance:Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and reporting standards inline with ..... full job details .....
