Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator / Coordinator to join a busy customer-focused team based in Eastleigh 

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience as you will play a key role supporting various Project Managers. Such responsibilities will include dealing with initial enquiries, completing audit documentations and processing payment applications 

Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator: 

• Complete project administration, including risk assessments, method statements, service orders and technician packs
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and support payment applications.
• Raise purchase orders and supplier orders to ensure projects have the required resources and equipment.
• Process supplier orders promptly to support timely payments.
• Manage customer queries and complaints, escalating issues where required
• Support the reporting and resolution of Health & Safety issues and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote best practices across daily operations
