You will provide HR guidance and partner with managers across the organisation to deliver effective people solutions, ensure legal compliance, and support organisational change. You will play a vital role in driving best practice across employee relations, policy development, performance management and employee engagement.Duties include:Provide expert advice and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, capability, redundancy, and grievance.Maintain a detailed understanding of employment law, evolving case law, and people management best practice.Develop, enhance, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and internal Safeguarding requirements.Create and deliver essential HR process training, webinars, and written guidance to managers.Drive the timely completion of key performance and development processes, offering guidance and feedback to managers on quality.Support business-wide employee engagement activities and initiatives, including the annual Employee Engagement Survey.Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to aid the ongoing development and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
