This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in creating a supportive, high-quality care environment where residents feel valued. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading a skilled, compassionate team. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a reliable team, providing training, supervision, and support. Oversee nursing and support worker schedules to ensure continuity of care. Ensure compliance with mental health legislation and healthcare regulations. Uphold health and safety standards, including COSHH regulations. Maintain CQC requirements and drive continuous improvement. Monitor and coordinate care plans for all residents. Oversee medication administration and liaise with medical professionals. Provide leadership and guidance, including being available for on-call support. About You: Proven experience managing a similar service. A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based care. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
