The role is with a very reputable company that operates in the health and social care sector and are a true market leader in their area, They are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated. They are offering: A market leading salary up to 40,000 per annum DOE Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the delivery of care services Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have: Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it) Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
