We''re working with a well-established chemical manufacturing business seeking an Engineering Stores Lead to play a critical role in supporting plant reliability, maintenance planning, and engineering operations. This is a varied position where you''ll take ownership of engineering stores and inventory, coordinate maintenance activities through a CMMS, and manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure engineering teams have everything they need to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Managing engineering stores, inventory and critical spare parts. Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities through a CMMS. Raising and progressing purchase orders for engineering materials and services. Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and performance. Monitoring maintenance KPIs, backlog and work completion rates. Supporting site reliability and operational performance through effective planning and stock control.
