We have experienced rapid growth so far and we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to join our growing team.About The RoleAs a Managing Consultant, you’ll be at the centre of our consultancy projects – designing and delivering insights projects and analytics programmes, leading teams and developing new business and client relationships. You’ll be working with big, global brands and using industry leading methods to deliver truly impactful projects, directly recommending and influencing these brands’ strategies across product, brand and portfolio.As we’re a small growing company, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the company and our people. There is real opportunity to take ownership, work closely with the leadership team, make your mark, and push yourself in the process.What You’ll Be DoingLead and oversee the delivery of insights and analytics consulting projects and programmesOwn and develop client relationshipsContribute to the growth of Curve by developing new businessManage and grow key accountsContribute to the operational management of the companyOffer oversight and direction on internal initiativesBuild high performing teams through coaching and leadershipRaise Curve’s brand externally through networking and thought leadershipWhat We’re Looking For5-8 years’ experience working in consulting, which may include time in inhouse consulting roles aligned to our key capabilitiesCapability depth and breadth – with experience in digital data, analytics and insightsA strong track record in selling consultancy services – networking, growing accounts and developing new businessDemonstrable skills in senior stakeholder management, communication and teamworkProven leadership and people management skillsCommercial acumen, strategic thinking and critical thinkingA blend of analytical and creative thinking; able to interpret data, source insights, and tell a story with itA desire to have personal visibility in the company and commitment to delivering resultsInterview Process30-minute video interview with the Head of People and Operations30-minute interview with one of our Partners1.5-hour interview with Partner(s) to present case study presentation30-minute final interview with one of our Managing PartnersApply NowSeniority level
