Legal Cashier / Legal Accounts Assistant Contract: Temporary (up to 3 months) Hours: Up to 21 hours per week Working Pattern: Flexible (equivalent to approximately 3 full days per week) Location: Office-based (Barkingside) We are seeking an experienced Legal Cashier / Legal Accounts Assistant to support our law firm on an initial short-term temporary basis. This role involves organising and streamlining the day-to-day accounts operation, ensuring accurate maintenance and communication of financial information. Day-to-day of the role: Support the organisation and running of the firm''s accounts function. Regular liaison with the firm''s external Legal Cashiers. Ensure accurate and prompt communication of financial and transactional information to the external team. Identify and resolve any outstanding or incomplete accounts information. Maintain organised and accurate accounts records and documentation. Assist in improving existing accounts processes to ensure smooth operation. Act as the key office-based point of contact for routine accounts queries. Work closely with colleagues to gather any required information for the external Legal Cashiering team. Provide general Legal Cashiering and accounts support as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in Legal Cashiering or legal accounts.
