The Role : The Technical Sales Co-ordinator acts as the interface between Sales, Sales Administration, Engineering, Service and the CustomerTaking technical enquiries / questions / queries / concerns from customers and providing advice and recommendations to solve their issuesProviding product demonstrations and training to customers (end users and distributors)Maintain the CRM, ensuring that all activity is recorded. Identifying trendsProvide technical insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies. About You :A qualification to HNC level is preferred, ideally in a technical / engineering subject.
