Or you are a Travel Agent that has sold cruises amongst other holidays, but would love to specialise this could be ideal for you!JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking cruises or enquiring about your fantastic cruise offers.- Taking enquires from potential passengers over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries.- Booking with a number of different major cruise companies- Switch selling to different dates or cabins- Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings- Making reservations amendments- Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn commission- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunitiesHours:To capitalise on sales this role does require flexibility to cover shifts and weekends.
