Job Description

We are seeking an experienced manager or deputy manager to oversee two supported accommodation services for young people aged 16-18, located in Brent and Harrow. The role involves managing a caseload of young people, ensuring the provision of practical, personal, emotional, social, and financial advice to facilitate a successful transition to adulthood.The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of young people, contributing to the development of their Pathway Plans to promote independent living. You will oversee the delivery of services and staff, ensuring high-quality, safe services compliant with Ofsted National Minimum Standards and Supported Accommodation Regulations.You will also ensure that the services are prepared for both announced and unannounced inspections. The position offers excellent growth potential within a supportive working environment.This role primarily involves working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties. You should have experience working within a Ofsted-regulated environment and possess or be working towards a NVQ Level 4 or 5 qualification. Access to a personal vehicle is preferred, as the role involves travel between sites.
