You will be working for one of the UK''s leading healthcare providers.This care home is run by a highly reputable service, whose care team is skilled in providing personalised care for older people and also specialise in dementia.To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, have management qualification, and have held registration with CQC previously.Key Responsibilities

Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling, and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24-hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users.Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.Provide improvement, independence, and choice for Service Users.Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements, particularly CQC registration and inspection standards, and NMC guidelines.Preferred Skills and Experience

Effective communication and engagement with service users, families, and colleagues; good interpersonal skills are essential.Understanding of disabilities, health, and social care needs of service users, and ability to assist those with mobility or continence needs using appropriate aids and equipment.Health and Safety awareness to ensure the safety of service users and colleagues.Experience managing a large care service including clinical staff.Benefits
