This role will see you use your Sales Management experience to develop our Sales department to reach its full potential whilst providing excellent customer care. Key Accountabilities: Sales Process Management: Ensure the sales team follows a structured and effective sales process, maximising conversion rates and delivering a seamless experience for every customer. Enquiry Management: Monitor and manage incoming enquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally to maximise sales opportunities. Forecourt Standards: Maintain an impeccable forecourt presentation, ensuring vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and pricing is accurate and up to date.
