About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced-Sales Executive-to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for selling prestige vehicles, providing a first-class buying experience, and maximising opportunities to upsell additional products such as extended warranties, paint protection, and finance packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
• Maximising every sales opportunity through professional upselling of add-on products.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Achieving and exceeding sales and upsell targets.
• Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Handling finance applications and explaining funding options.
• Managing follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

• Proven track record in automotive sales-or a strong background in high-value sales.
• Previous experience in selling add-on products such as warranties, finance, or insurance.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering five-star service.
• A driven and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
