Salary: -27,000 + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide updates on orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Resolve queries and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Liaise with internal teams including sales and warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service or returns role is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
