Procurement Assistant Are you organised, commercially minded and passionate about interiors, design or sourcing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, growing business delivering high-end residential design and build projects. We re looking for a proactive Procurement Assistant to support the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of furniture, lighting, fabrics, materials and bespoke items across a variety of projects. Working closely with designers, architects, suppliers and project teams, you ll help ensure everything is ordered accurately, delivered on time and kept within budget. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to develop your procurement experience within a design-led environment. The Role Research and source suppliers, manufacturers, makers and showrooms for furniture, lighting, fabrics, flooring, stone, joinery and building materials. Request and compare quotations, checking pricing, lead times and minimum order requirements against project budgets. Support designers with product schedules, FFandE lists and material specifications, ensuring codes, dimensions, finishes and quantities are accurate. Raise purchase orders, confirm orders with suppliers and track progress through to delivery. Maintain project order trackers, proactively chasing updates and escalating delays or potential issues.
