Resident Liaison Officer
MMP Consultancy are recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer on behalf of a leading maintenance and refurbishment contractor in Leeds. This role will support planned refurbishment works, acting as the key link between residents, site teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works programmes.
• Organise and attend resident meetings, consultations and pre-start visits.
• Keep residents informed of project progress and access requirements.
• Support vulnerable residents and identify additional support needs.
• Manage and resolve complaints and resident enquiries.
• Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of resident communication and feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous RLO, TLO or resident engagement experience.
• Background in social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
• Experience supporting planned works programmes.
• Strong communication and complaint-handling skills.
• Empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable residents.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
