About the role of Contract Manager:Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Oxford and Berkshire for a leading residential developer. Overseeing 4 live sites with 2 in planning, most projects will traditional build housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.Our client has 8 sites live currently, both private and H/A sites. Mainly low rise trad build houses/flats between 2-5 bedrooms, however a couple will have RC frame elements. This Contract Manager role would oversee 4 live sites, with 2 in planning. Reporting straight into the Managing Director.Responsibilities for Contract ManagersManage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.Helping to implement new proceduresOverseeing multiple sites.Liaising with clientsRequirements for Contract Manager:Worked on multiple large residential schemes.Taken projects from planning to handover.Good Man Management skills.
