Our Client; Gas Contracts Manager required for our client, they are a well known national HVAC contractor with offices throughout the UK. They employ over 1000 members of staff, with a turnover in excess of 100m. They currently require the Commercial Heating Contracts Manager to operate from the Leeds area, attending sites throughout the Yorkshire regions as and when required. Gas Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of Commercial Gas Engineers delivering maintenance and repair contracts - Ensuring both planned and reactive works are delivered in line with agreed KPI''s, SLA''s, and HandS - Auditing engineer works and providing training when required - Responsible for gas compliance - Recruitment of new engineers - Direct communication with clients, managing and updating them with maintenance and work requirements Gas Contracts Manager Requirements: - Experienced in managing or overseeing a team of Commercial Gas Engineers - ACS Commercial Gas Tickets (Current or Expired) - Based within a commutable distance of Leeds - Full UK Driving License Gas Contracts Manager Remuneration: - Salary 55,000 - 65,000 - Company Vehicle - Company Phone/ Tablet - 22 days holiday + BH - Further training and development - Pension - Full package to be discusses at interview
