Internal Sales Support Coordinator Location: South West London Reporting to: Managing Director Salary: To £38k with bonus for fully qualified candidate The company is a growing global lighting company. The role involves control of sales related tasks for the office and responsibility for providing administrative sales support to the sales team. Qualifications: A Levels or a University degree or equivalent Duties Include, but are not limited to- Supporting International Sales staff with organisation of existing and potential new customer meetings Log customer quotations enquiries and distribute to Sales/ Project manager Review enquiries into CRM systems (salesforce), and under guidance, create estimate and sales quotes Process customer purchase orders in ERP Systems Microsoft Navision and/or Netsuite Maintain project tracking pipeline and assist in project management Occasionally work with the design department to estimate and process custom orders Provide support to the production department with their orders Customer service communication (telephone and email) Ad Hoc tasks Essential skills Must demonstrate current experience of working in either a sales or administrative technical role. Have experience of using computer systems, including the operation of the databases and spreadsheets, preferably Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
