Technical Coordinator , you won’t just be ticking boxes or pushing paperwork. Coordinating and managing external consultants, ensuring design information is delivered on time and to the highest standard.Reviewing drawings, technical documents, and reports to guarantee compliance, buildability, and cost efficiency.Supporting the planning and approvals process – liaising with local authorities, service providers, and other key stakeholders.Partnering with the construction team to resolve site-based issues quickly and effectively.Driving innovation and best practice through value engineering.Making sure projects meet building regulations, NHBC standards, and sustainability targets.What We’re Looking For

Technical Coordinator
